  • Entry Policy — The event is strictly 19+ | Couples & mixed groups only. Solo male entry may be restricted at the organizers' discretion.
  • Ticket Policy — All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable & resale is prohibited. Re-entry is not permitted.
  • Ticket QR code and a valid form of ID must be presented at the door.
  • Doors open at 9:00 PM & close at capacity.
  • Management may deny entry at its discretion, including for (but not limited to) intoxication, disrespectful behavior, or inappropriate attire.
  • Prohibited Items — Outside food, beverages, backpacks, and large luggage are strictly prohibited. Small bags and purses are allowed but may be subject to security checks.
  • CLSTR_CITY TALES events are professionally filmed & photographed. By entering, you consent to appear in any photos & videos that might be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
  • Personal Belongings — The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendees are advised to always safeguard their belongings.
  • Safety & Conduct — All attendees must follow instructions from event staff and security personnel. Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in removal from the venue without refund.
  • Agreement to Terms — By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the event.
  • Force Majeure — The organizers shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.
  • No Readmission Policy — No readmission is allowed once you exit the venue. If you leave during the event, your ticket becomes invalid. Please ensure you have all necessary belongings before entering.
