Ticket Berry

TicketBerry Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ticketberry.com, the TicketBerry mobile applications, digital services and any other websites, applications, sales channels or services operated under the TicketBerry brand (collectively, the “Platform”), including the purchase, possession, transfer and use of tickets.

The Platform is operated by Tasmeem for Managing Events, a limited liability company incorporated with the Companies Control Department in The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under registration number (16925), with its registered office at Jabal Amman no. 13, Amman, Jordan, operating under the trade name TicketBerry (“TicketBerry”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing or receiving a Ticket, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and any Event-specific terms disclosed before purchase.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

For these Terms:

“Customer”, “User”, “you” or “your” means any person who accesses the Platform, creates an account, purchases or attempts to purchase a Ticket, receives a transferred Ticket, or otherwise uses the Services.

“Event” means any concert, festival, performance, entertainment event, sporting event, conference, exhibition, attraction or other activity for which Tickets or registrations are made available through the Platform.

“Organizer” means the promoter, producer, venue operator or other person or entity responsible for organizing, producing, managing or delivering an Event. TicketBerry may itself be the Organizer for certain Events, in which case this will be identified where appropriate.

“Ticket” means any paid or complimentary admission credential, including an electronic ticket, QR code, barcode, mobile ticket, digital wallet pass, physical ticket, wristband, credential or other admission method issued or facilitated through TicketBerry.

“Ticket Price” means the stated price of the Ticket before any separately identified taxes, service charges, processing charges or other applicable fees, unless displayed as an all-inclusive price.

“Fees” means service fees, booking fees, processing fees, delivery fees or other charges disclosed to the Customer in connection with a transaction.

“Order” means a request to purchase one or more Tickets or other products through the Platform.

“Services” means the ticketing, payment facilitation, ticket delivery, account management, event discovery, customer support and related services made available by TicketBerry.

2. TicketBerry's Role

TicketBerry operates a technology and ticketing platform through which Customers can discover Events and purchase Tickets.

Unless TicketBerry is expressly identified as the Organizer of an Event, TicketBerry acts as a ticketing service provider and/or authorized ticketing agent for the relevant Organizer.

The Organizer is responsible for the organization and delivery of the Event, including its content, performers, venue, schedule, admission requirements, seating arrangements, safety procedures and Event-specific rules.

TicketBerry may collect payments and issue Tickets on behalf of the Organizer.

The identity of the Organizer may be displayed on the Event page, Ticket, confirmation, Event terms or other Event-related communications.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that TicketBerry has under applicable law.

3. Accounts

Certain Platform features may require a TicketBerry account.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating or maintaining an account.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • maintaining control of the email address and mobile number associated with your account;
  • all activity conducted through your account unless caused by circumstances for which you are not legally responsible; and
  • promptly notifying TicketBerry if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts using false information, or use another person’s account without authorization.

TicketBerry may require email, SMS, one-time-password, identity or other verification.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized access, misuse, breach of these Terms or activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or an Event.

5. Event Information

Event descriptions, dates, times, performers, programs, venues, seating plans, age restrictions, accessibility information and other Event information are supplied or approved by the Organizer.

TicketBerry takes reasonable steps to display Event information accurately but does not guarantee that information supplied by third parties will always be error-free.

You are responsible for reviewing all material Event information and restrictions before purchasing.

Event-specific terms, venue rules and admission conditions displayed on the Event page or communicated in connection with an Event form part of the conditions applicable to your Ticket.

If Event-specific terms conflict with these Terms in relation to an Event-specific matter, the Event-specific terms will apply to that matter, subject always to applicable law.

6. Ticket Availability and Purchase Limits

All Tickets are subject to availability.

Adding Tickets to a cart, selecting seats or entering the checkout process does not guarantee availability unless and until the Order has been successfully completed and confirmed.

TicketBerry or the Organizer may impose limits on the number of Tickets that may be purchased by a person, account, payment card, household or other defined group.

Attempts to circumvent Ticket limits, including through multiple accounts, identities, payment methods or automated systems, may result in cancellation of some or all related Orders.

Tickets for popular Events may sell out quickly. Additional inventory may subsequently become available.

7. Pricing, Fees and Taxes

The applicable Ticket Price, Fees and taxes will be disclosed during the purchase process.

Before payment is submitted, the Customer will be shown the amount payable for the Order.

TicketBerry may charge a service, booking or processing fee in consideration for the ticketing and technology services provided in connection with the transaction.

Fees may vary by Event, Ticket category, sales channel, payment method or service provided.

Applicable taxes or government-imposed charges may be added where required.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may independently impose foreign-exchange, international transaction or other charges. Such charges are imposed by the relevant financial institution and are not TicketBerry charges.

8. Pricing and System Errors

TicketBerry makes reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and Ticket information are accurate.

Occasionally, a Ticket may be listed or sold at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a technical, typographical, programming, system or human error.

Where an obvious material error occurs, TicketBerry may, to the extent permitted by law:

  • cancel the affected Order and refund the amount paid;
  • offer the Customer the opportunity to purchase the Ticket at the correct price; or
  • correct an overcharge by refunding the difference.

TicketBerry may also cancel Tickets inadvertently made available before their authorized on-sale time or as a result of unauthorized system access.

9. Payment

Orders may be paid using payment methods made available at checkout.

Payment is subject to authorization by the relevant bank, card issuer, payment service provider and fraud-prevention systems.

Submission of payment information does not itself guarantee acceptance of an Order.

An Order is confirmed only when TicketBerry provides confirmation that the transaction has been successfully completed.

TicketBerry may use third-party payment service providers to securely process transactions.

TicketBerry does not require Customers to provide card security credentials to TicketBerry customer-service representatives.

10. Payment Authorization and Fraud Prevention

By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.

TicketBerry may use automated and manual fraud-prevention measures and may request additional verification before or after a transaction.

TicketBerry may refuse, hold, reverse or cancel a transaction where reasonably necessary because of suspected:

  • fraud;
  • unauthorized payment;
  • stolen payment credentials;
  • identity misuse;
  • sanctions or legal restrictions;
  • manipulation of Ticket limits;
  • system abuse; or
  • other unlawful activity.

Tickets obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be cancelled without admission.

11. Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, TicketBerry will normally provide an Order confirmation electronically.

You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation promptly and notifying TicketBerry of any apparent error.

If you submit payment but do not receive confirmation, particularly following an error message or interruption, you should check your TicketBerry account and contact Customer Support before attempting another purchase.

TicketBerry is not responsible for duplicate purchases resulting from a Customer knowingly placing a second Order without first reasonably checking whether the original Order was successful, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Ticket Delivery

Tickets may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • TicketBerry account;
  • mobile Ticket;
  • QR code or barcode;
  • email;
  • SMS or secure link;
  • digital wallet;
  • physical collection;
  • Ticket exchange; or
  • another method specified for the Event.

Delivery method and timing may vary by Event.

Some Tickets may be intentionally delivered closer to the Event date for security, fraud-prevention or operational reasons.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the relevant email address, mobile number and TicketBerry account.

If a Ticket expected to have been delivered has not been received, the Customer should contact TicketBerry promptly.

13. Electronic and Mobile Tickets

Electronic Tickets contain unique admission credentials.

You must protect your Ticket, QR code, barcode, wallet pass and Ticket link from unauthorized access.

Unless TicketBerry expressly supports screenshots for a particular Ticket, a screenshot or copied image may not constitute a valid Ticket.

Certain Tickets may use dynamic or changing security credentials.

Where the same Ticket has been duplicated, copied or distributed to multiple persons, the first valid scan may invalidate all subsequent copies.

TicketBerry is not responsible for admission refused because a Ticket was previously used by another person who obtained the Ticket or admission credentials through the Customer, except where caused by TicketBerry’s own breach of applicable obligations.

14. Lost, Stolen or Compromised Tickets

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their Tickets and TicketBerry account.

Lost, stolen, damaged, copied or compromised Tickets may not be replaceable.

Where technically and operationally possible, TicketBerry may invalidate and reissue a Ticket after appropriate verification, but is not obliged to do so unless required by law.

TicketBerry does not guarantee replacement or refund where another person has already used a valid Ticket credential.

15. Ticket Collection or Exchange

Certain Events may require an electronic Ticket to be exchanged for a physical Ticket, wristband or other credential.

The Customer may be required to present:

  • the Ticket or Order number;
  • original government-issued photographic identification;
  • purchase confirmation; and/or
  • reasonable evidence that the Customer is the authorized purchaser.

Event-specific collection requirements will be communicated where applicable.

16. Tickets Are Revocable Admission Credentials

A Ticket grants the holder a limited, revocable right of admission to the specified Event, subject to these Terms, Event-specific terms, applicable law and venue rules.

Possession of a Ticket does not provide an unconditional right of entry.

Admission remains subject to legitimate safety, security, age, identification and Event requirements.

17. Transfer of Tickets

Ticket transfers are permitted only where the transfer functionality is made available or TicketBerry or the Organizer otherwise expressly permits the transfer.

Where TicketBerry’s official transfer function is used, the original Ticket may be invalidated and replaced with a Ticket associated with the recipient.

The recipient of a transferred Ticket is bound by these Terms and all Event-specific conditions.

TicketBerry may disable or restrict transfers for particular Events, Ticket categories or time periods.

Tickets may not be transferred in a manner intended to circumvent resale restrictions, Ticket limits, age requirements or other Event conditions.

18. Resale

Unless an official TicketBerry resale service is expressly made available for a Ticket, commercial resale of Tickets through TicketBerry is not authorized.

Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain in violation of applicable law, Event-specific terms or Organizer restrictions.

TicketBerry may cancel a Ticket reasonably determined to have been:

  • fraudulently obtained;
  • counterfeited;
  • unlawfully resold;
  • offered through unauthorized commercial resale channels contrary to applicable restrictions; or
  • sold in violation of an applicable Ticket resale law or Event condition.

If TicketBerry introduces an official resale marketplace, additional resale terms, fees and seller-verification requirements may apply and will be disclosed before use.

TicketBerry does not guarantee Tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers and accepts no responsibility for counterfeit, duplicated, invalid or fraudulently resold Tickets purchased outside authorized TicketBerry sales channels.

19. Prohibited Commercial Use of Tickets

Unless TicketBerry and, where applicable, the Organizer give prior written authorization, Tickets may not be used:

  • for advertising;
  • as competition or sweepstakes prizes;
  • in promotions;
  • as part of travel or hospitality packages;
  • for commercial giveaways;
  • to imply sponsorship, endorsement or association with TicketBerry, an Event, Organizer, artist or venue; or
  • for any other commercial purpose unrelated to attending the Event.

20. Refund Policy — General Rule

Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under these Terms or an Event-specific refund policy, all Ticket sales are final.

After an Order has been confirmed, Tickets ordinarily cannot be:

  • cancelled;
  • refunded;
  • exchanged for another Event;
  • exchanged for another date or Ticket category; or
  • converted into cash or credit.

A Customer is not ordinarily entitled to a refund because of:

  • failure or inability to attend;
  • illness or personal circumstances;
  • travel or accommodation problems;
  • visa or immigration issues;
  • transportation delays;
  • scheduling conflicts;
  • late arrival;
  • failure to satisfy an age, identification or admission requirement;
  • refusal of admission resulting from the Customer’s conduct;
  • weather conditions where the Event proceeds;
  • dissatisfaction with the Event;
  • changes to supporting performers;
  • minor timetable changes; or
  • any other circumstance not giving rise to a refund under applicable law or the applicable Event refund policy.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights available under applicable law.

21. Cancelled Events

If an Event is cancelled in full and is not rescheduled, the Customer will ordinarily be entitled to a refund of the refundable amount paid for the affected Ticket, subject to applicable law and the Organizer’s applicable cancellation policy.

TicketBerry may process refunds on behalf of the Organizer.

Refund eligibility for service, processing, delivery or other Fees will depend on the nature of the Fee, whether the relevant service was performed, the Organizer’s policy and applicable law.

TicketBerry will communicate the applicable procedure where reasonably practicable.

Unless otherwise stated, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

TicketBerry does not control the time taken by banks, card issuers or payment providers to credit a completed refund to the Customer’s account.

22. Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, the original Ticket will normally remain valid for the new date unless TicketBerry or the Organizer states otherwise.

Depending on the Organizer’s policy and applicable law, Customers may be offered:

  • continued validity of the original Ticket;
  • an exchange;
  • account credit; and/or
  • a refund during a specified refund window.

TicketBerry will communicate available options when instructed or authorized by the Organizer.

Failure to submit a refund request within a clearly communicated and legally permissible refund window may result in the Ticket remaining valid for the rescheduled Event without further refund entitlement, subject to applicable law.

23. Event Changes

Events may be subject to reasonable changes.

The Organizer may, where necessary:

  • alter Event schedules;
  • change supporting performers;
  • change performance times;
  • modify programs;
  • alter production arrangements;
  • modify seating plans;
  • substitute seating;
  • change entrances;
  • modify Event facilities; or
  • make other operational changes.

Minor or non-material changes do not ordinarily entitle a Customer to a refund.

Where there is a material change—such as a significant date change, cancellation of the principal advertised performer, or relocation that materially changes the nature or accessibility of the Event—the Organizer may establish a refund or exchange procedure, subject to applicable law.

24. Event Cancellation, Interruption and Force Majeure

Events may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of TicketBerry or the Organizer, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, governmental action, public emergency, strikes, utility failure, venue closure or other force-majeure circumstances.

The consequences of cancellation, postponement, interruption, curtailment or abandonment caused by such circumstances will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the Organizer’s Event policy.

Where an Event has commenced and is subsequently interrupted or abandoned, any refund will be subject to applicable law and the Organizer’s policy.

25. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

TicketBerry may require reasonable information to verify the purchaser, transaction and refund entitlement.

Where the original payment method is unavailable, expired or otherwise incapable of receiving a refund, TicketBerry may determine an alternative lawful refund method after appropriate verification.

Customers should retain their Order confirmation and transaction records.

26. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a transaction is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized or otherwise disputed, you should contact TicketBerry Customer Support promptly so that the matter can be investigated.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your bank, card issuer or applicable law.

However, knowingly submitting a false, fraudulent or misleading chargeback or payment dispute may constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account restriction, cancellation of affected Tickets and other lawful action.

TicketBerry may provide transaction, Ticket-delivery, transfer, account and admission records to payment providers and financial institutions for the purpose of investigating payment disputes.

27. Event Admission and Venue Rules

Customers and Ticket holders must comply with all lawful Event and venue rules.

Admission may be refused or a person may be removed from an Event where reasonably necessary because of:

  • failure to hold a valid Ticket;
  • failure to meet age requirements;
  • failure to provide required identification;
  • intoxication;
  • violent, abusive, threatening or disruptive conduct;
  • possession of prohibited or dangerous items;
  • unlawful activity;
  • violation of safety or security requirements; or
  • material violation of Event or venue rules.

A Customer refused admission or removed for such reasons will ordinarily not be entitled to a refund.

28. Security Searches and Prohibited Items

Ticket holders and their belongings may be subject to lawful security screening.

The Organizer or venue may prohibit items including:

  • weapons;
  • explosives;
  • fireworks;
  • illegal substances;
  • hazardous materials;
  • professional cameras or recording equipment;
  • laser devices;
  • outside food or beverages;
  • large bags;
  • drones;
  • selfie sticks;
  • or other items considered unsafe, disruptive or prohibited by the Event.

TicketBerry is not responsible for items confiscated, surrendered, lost or disposed of under venue security procedures except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

29. Late Arrival and Re-entry

Customers are responsible for arriving at the Event on time.

Certain Events may impose a last-admission time or may admit latecomers only at designated intervals.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided because a Customer arrives late or after the last permitted admission time.

Events may operate a no-re-entry policy. Once a Ticket has been scanned and the Ticket holder leaves the venue, re-entry may be refused.

30. Photography and Recording at Events

Events may be photographed, filmed or recorded by the Organizer, venue, media partners or authorized third parties.

By attending an Event, you acknowledge that you may incidentally appear in photographs, video or audio recordings made in public or audience areas and that such material may be used for legitimate Event, news, archival, security or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

Any more specific consent required by applicable law will be obtained where necessary.

Unauthorized professional photography, filming, livestreaming or audio recording by attendees may be prohibited.

31. Personal Belongings

Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings at Events.

Unless required by applicable law, TicketBerry is not responsible for personal property lost, stolen, damaged or confiscated at a venue that TicketBerry does not operate or control.

32. Accessibility

Where accessibility arrangements or accessible seating are available, Customers should review the relevant Event information or contact Customer Support before purchasing if assistance is required.

Accessible Tickets and companion Tickets must be used only in accordance with the applicable eligibility requirements.

33. Promotional Codes and Special Offers

Promotional codes, presale codes, discounts and special offers may:

  • be limited in quantity;
  • expire;
  • apply only to specified Tickets or Events;
  • be restricted to eligible Customers; and
  • be subject to additional conditions.

They may not be sold, reproduced or commercially distributed unless expressly permitted.

TicketBerry may cancel or refuse misuse of promotional codes.

34. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You must not:

  • use the Platform unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, server or network;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Platform;
  • introduce viruses, malware or malicious code;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract Platform data without authorization;
  • use bots, scripts or automated purchasing systems;
  • circumvent queues, Ticket limits or security controls;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to discover Platform source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • create false accounts or identities;
  • conduct fraudulent payment transactions;
  • infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • use the Platform to facilitate unlawful Ticket resale; or
  • use TicketBerry data or content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

TicketBerry may implement technical measures to detect and prevent prohibited activity.

35. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, including TicketBerry’s trademarks, logos, software, designs, graphics, interfaces, databases, text and other proprietary material, are owned by or licensed to TicketBerry and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

TicketBerry grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Platform for lawful personal ticketing purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Third-party Event names, artist names, trademarks, photographs and Event materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

36. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services such as:

  • payment processors;
  • digital wallets;
  • maps;
  • social-media platforms;
  • communication providers; and
  • Organizer or venue websites.

Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

TicketBerry is not responsible for third-party services that it does not own or control, except to the extent required by applicable law.

37. Platform Availability

TicketBerry aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • system upgrades;
  • telecommunications failure;
  • internet outages;
  • payment-provider outages;
  • cyber incidents;
  • unusually high demand; or
  • circumstances outside TicketBerry’s reasonable control.

TicketBerry may modify, suspend or discontinue Platform features where reasonably necessary.

38. Disclaimer Regarding Events

Where TicketBerry is not the Organizer, TicketBerry does not control the artistic quality, content, performance, safety management or production of the Event.

TicketBerry is not responsible for an Organizer’s acts or omissions except where liability arises under applicable law or from TicketBerry’s own acts or omissions.

39. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TicketBerry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform or attendance at an Event, including loss relating to travel, accommodation or missed opportunities.

Where TicketBerry is legally liable in connection with a Ticket transaction, TicketBerry’s aggregate liability will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid by the Customer through TicketBerry for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that applicable law requires to remain unrestricted.

40. Customer Responsibility and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses reasonably incurred by TicketBerry as a direct result of your fraudulent or unlawful use of the Platform, deliberate violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of Tickets.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify TicketBerry for matters caused by TicketBerry’s own breach, negligence or misconduct where such liability cannot lawfully be transferred.

41. Privacy

TicketBerry processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

The Privacy Policy explains what information TicketBerry collects, why it is processed, how it may be shared, how long it is retained and the rights available to individuals.

Where necessary to administer an Event, TicketBerry may provide relevant Customer information to the Organizer, venue or authorized service providers in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

42. Electronic Communications

By using TicketBerry, you agree that transactional communications relating to your account, Orders, Tickets, security, refunds and Events may be provided electronically, including by email, SMS, in-app notification or other contact methods associated with your account.

Marketing communications are subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications without affecting essential transactional or Event-related communications.

43. Suspension and Termination

TicketBerry may suspend or terminate access to the Platform or an account where reasonably necessary because of:

  • breach of these Terms;
  • fraud or suspected fraud;
  • unlawful activity;
  • security concerns;
  • abuse of Ticketing systems;
  • repeated fraudulent payment disputes;
  • threats to other Users or TicketBerry personnel; or
  • legal or regulatory requirements.

Termination of an account does not automatically cancel valid Tickets unless the Tickets themselves were obtained or used in breach of these Terms or cancellation is otherwise legally justified.

44. Changes to These Terms

TicketBerry may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, technology, Platform functionality or business operations.

The current version will be published on the Platform together with its effective or last-updated date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Terms applicable to a completed Ticket purchase will generally be those in effect when the transaction was completed, except where a later change is required by law or is expressly accepted by the Customer.

45. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of TicketBerry are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply under the laws of another jurisdiction where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform or TicketBerry’s Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

46. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

47. No Waiver

Failure by TicketBerry to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of TicketBerry’s right to enforce it later.

48. Assignment

You may not assign your contractual rights or obligations under these Terms except as expressly permitted through an authorized Ticket transfer.

TicketBerry may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, restructuring, acquisition, sale of business or transfer to an Affiliate, subject to applicable law and without reducing your mandatory legal rights.

49. Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence

These Terms, together with:

  • applicable Event-specific terms;
  • the Privacy Policy;
  • the Cookie Policy;
  • any applicable Refund Policy; and
  • any additional terms expressly presented to you before using a particular service,

constitute the agreement governing your use of TicketBerry’s consumer Services.

For Event-specific admission and operational matters, applicable Event and venue conditions will apply.

Mandatory applicable law prevails over any inconsistent contractual provision.
