TicketBerry (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the TicketBerry website at https://ticketberry.com and the TicketBerry mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”), through which you can discover events and purchase tickets online. You may choose to sign in to TicketBerry using your Google account. When you do, we receive only your basic Google profile information: your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your TicketBerry account and to personalise your experience.

We do not share Google user data with third parties except with the service providers that host and operate our infrastructure, as described in “How We Share Your Information”. If you delete your TicketBerry account, we delete the Google user data associated with it as described in the “Data Retention and Deletion” section.

TicketBerry’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

You can revoke TicketBerry’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you when you sign in;
• Process ticket orders, deliver electronic tickets, and send order confirmations;

• Event organizers (Promoters): when you purchase a ticket, we share the details necessary for the organizer to admit you to the event (such as your name and ticket information).
• Service providers: trusted third parties that help us operate the Services, such as payment processors, email delivery providers, cloud hosting, and analytics providers. They may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TicketBerry, our users, or others.
